Two telematic appointments for U11 and U13 coordinators and trainers are scheduled on Saturday, March 13rd and 20th. The first one is for the German clubs and federation, the second one for Italian and French clubs.
The Portuguese technicians, Joao R. Pereira and Joao Valente, will explain how to work on strength and power, speed and agility, mobility & flexibility. During the first phase the work will be developed through online meetings, then on site, if it‘s possible.
