German coaches shares knowledge thanks to Talent Project
Many coaches, most of them young trainers, were in the rink of RSC Cronenberg during last week end both to help and to learn from Quim Pauls (technical director of Talent Project) and Fabio Carosi (goalkeepers).
This is one of the main goals of Hockey Talent Project: teach the teachers and share ideas, methods and exercises to improve rink hockey coaching.
And the best way to learn in sports is to practice! So, while boys and girls performed their exercises, the coaches learned new things that will be useful to enhance the skill of their trainees.
